Beastmode Fit Factory is a boutique ‘by appointment’ training facility and gym specializing in one-on-one and group personal training.  Members receive full access to our services and classes: Cycling, Boxing, Strength Training, Yoga, and fitness Boot Camp

Looking for flexibility in your schedule to accommodate your workouts?  Beastmode Fit Factory has an online booking app and we’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays).  All bookings are private and the entire facility is yours for the duration of your workout.

About the personal training program

With over 15 years experience in rehabilitation, we train beginners, intermediate and elite athletes to advance their training and fitness goals.  Services include mobility rehabilitation for seniors and strength and sports training for youth.

About the gym

At Beastmode Fit Factory we have the equipment for all your fitness goals.  From Leg press to Hack squats; Commercial Rack; flat, incline and decline Bench; Row machinery and more.  Also included is the ever popular Peloton Bike.  Book yourself a private workout with a friend and try one of the instructor-led classes in their extensive library
